User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sisu Speak only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Payment and Billing

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisu Speak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
• We may terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
